Kim Kardashian and Kanye West’s leaked engagement video lawsuit is finally settled, and they’re about to bring home some serious bank in the case. According to TMZ, YouTube co-founder, Chad Hurley, has agreed to pay the couple $440K in a settlement. The case that has been ongoing since 2013, when Hurley secretly filmed their engagement in San Francisco, and then leaked the video on his site, MixBit.

Kim and Kanye quickly sued Hurley following the leaked video hitting the net, but Hurley was able to delay having to pay up any money for nearly two years. The report indicates that Hurley must pay the settlement amount in a few days, and then the lawsuit will officially be dismissed.
