It was reported that Breezy was out and ready to tackle his community service duties. But it looks like Chris is doing a lot more than just handling community service.

The ”Look At Me Now” singer was spotted at Space 15 Twenty in L.A. with his girlfriend Karrueche and their friend Jhene Aiko. Chris posed for a picture with a fan, as Karrueche posed with Jhene.

Apparently just because Chris has left rehab, and is out on the town enjoying life, doesn’t mean he’s not still working on himself. His reps told Us Weekly that Breezy is still currently in rehab – just in a different capacity.

“Chris is continuing his rehab program as an outpatient and is also completing his community service in the Los Angeles area,” his rep tells Us. “He appreciates all of your encouragement and support.”

Chris checked himself into a Malibu rehab center after an alleged altercation during Howard Homecoming in D.C. and he liked it so much, he’s going to be moving to Malibu.

TMZ reports:

Chris is selling his $1.5 million Hollywood Hills home and heading for the beach …. TMZ has learned.

Real estate sources tell us …. Chris wrote an offer on a house in Malibu in an exclusive, gated community where a bunch of other high profile celebrities live.

TMZ goes on to say that Malibu is even stricter when it comes to building codes, race cars and loud noises. Let’s hope Chris doesn’t end up getting in even more trouble by moving.

Is it that serious??

A 12-year-old student at Willie Ray Smith Middle School in Beaumont, Texas was punched by a teacher after he joked about his favorite football team.

According to the Daily Mail:

‘The last person’s voice I heard was some girl saying that I should call my mom, and then he like hit me, and I blacked out,” Reginald Wells said.

Reginald says he stopped in the hallway to speak to a teacher. He said he made fun of the teacher’s favorite team and that was when he was hit.

“All of a sudden he just hit me, in my shoulder… And I looked at him like ‘what the heck?’”

Reginald, who is 4ft 11 tall and weighs 80 pounds, pushed the teacher’s shoulder and then he claims the adult punched him in the face and knocked him out. Reginald said he woke up a few seconds later.

But the teacher didn’t just punch the seventh-grader once.

“(The principal) said Reginald was punched, in the shoulder, and then hit two times and uppercut, and then slid across the floor,” his mother Adrianne said. “It weighed heavy on my heart, because I’ve never put my hands on my son.”

As for the teacher, he was escorted out of the school and was fired immediately.

Reginald said the teacher spoke to him afterwards saying: “I can’t apologize for what I did, I was just having a bad day and I just snapped.”

The family has filed a report with Beaumont Independent School District Police Department and wants to press charges. But we bet they want to get someone to “snap” on his ass too

Four New Orleans Police Officers Indicted In Danziger Bridge Murders

On Wednesday night, a man and his 7-month-old son were fatally shot in an apparent ambush on a New Orleans bridge.

According to a police spokesman, a gunman opened fire on the 25-year-old man as he rode in the back seat of a black Honda Accord on the Crescent City Connection bridge.

The boy was in a car seat beside the man, spokesman Frank B. Robertson said. He says a woman who was driving and another woman who was a front-seat passenger were not hurt.

The boy was taken to a hospital, where he died from a gunshot wound to the head.

Police are investigating and do not have a named suspect, but believe the shooter knew the man.

Police Superintendent Ronal Serpas said the death of a baby is hard to endure and called on the public to help in the investigation.

“I’ve been crossing under yellow tape for decades, and it’s difficult and disturbing every single time. But it was heartbreaking to see what was clearly a bullet hole in the side of a baby’s car seat,” Serpas said in a news release. “No family should have to endure the murder of a 7-month-old baby.”

“Our detectives are doing all they can to gather information to identify those involved,” Serpas said. “But we need people who know something about this to call us. Simply put: It’s the decent thing to do. It’s the right thing to do. And it’s our most effective way to put an end to senseless violence.”

One of the victims is a 17-year-old male who was grazed in the head by a bullet. He has since been taken to a local hospital and is believed to be in stable condition.

According to WPX, all 3 students at Pittsburgh HS were shot outside school. 2 in non life-threatening condition, 1 critical.

There were three men wearing all black who came out of the woods and opened fire, according to homicide detectives.

Pittsburgh Police responded to a possible shooting at Brashear High School located in Pittsburgh, PA. At least 3 people have reportedly been shot.

It’s not known if they are students.

Newschopper 2 flew over the scene and captured at least one victim being loaded into an ambulance on a stretcher.

The school is located in Beechview and is part of the Pittsburgh Public Schools District. There are about 1,500 students in the school, making it the largest high school in the district.

The 911 tapes have been released: Here’s the moment Renisha McBride’s shooter called 911 to confess…

The man who shot and killed a 19-year-old in Dearborn, Michigan on November 2 immediately called police afterwards to confess, according to audio obtained by the Detroit News.

The man, who still remains unidentified, told police that he had “just shot someone on his porch” — that someone being Renisha McBride, the teenager who crashed her car not far from his home and went knocking on his door to ask for help.

Here’s the description of the audio from a dispatcher:

“Just received a 911 call from a male (who) thinks he just shot someone on his porch,” the female dispatcher said at about 4:46 am. “Then he hung up; we’re trying to call back.”

About a minute later, the dispatcher radioed: “Units responding: We have the male on the line. (He) states he doesn’t know this person. Trying to get further (information).”

A responding officer told the dispatcher: “There’s somebody down on the porch … it appears it’s going to be a black female.”

Two minutes after the initial dispatch, an officer reported: “Rescue 10 is on scene.”

Richard Cohen, the man who once said he was scared of black people, is back at it again with some pretty disturbing comments on interracial marriage and sexual orientation.
In his Nov. 11 column, “Christie’s tea-party problem,” published in the Washington Post, Cohen argues that today’s GOP isn’t racist, however, they do have trouble embracing some of the country’s cultural shifts.

Like NYC mayor-elect Bill de Blasio‘s “gag-reflex” inducing interracial family.

Today’s GOP is not racist, as Harry Belafonte alleged about the tea party, but it is deeply troubled — about the expansion of government, about immigration, about secularism, about the mainstreaming of what used to be the avant-garde. People with conventional views must repress a gag reflex when considering the mayor-elect of New York — a white man married to a black woman and with two biracial children. (Should I mention that Bill de Blasio’s wife, Chirlane McCray, used to be a lesbian?) This family represents the cultural changes that have enveloped parts — but not all — of America. To cultural conservatives, this doesn’t look like their country at all.

commuter goes on zombie attack & headbutts every car in sight

A white supremacist behind an initiative to turn a North Dakota town into a “white enclave” received some shocking news — he’s not 100 percent white.

Craig Cobb, a 62-year-old man who has aimed to start a community for white supremacists and neo-Nazis, received some news that he wasn’t too happy about, although we must admit, it gave us quite a chuckle.

During an appearance on The Trisha Goddard Show, Cobb was given the results of a DNA Diagnostics test and found out he is 14 percent Sub-Saharan African, and it was all caught on camera.

Kendrick Lamar appears on the cover of GQ and is named “The Next King of Rap” by the publication.

Kendrick Lamar appears on the cover of GQ.

The publication has also named the Compton, California emcee “The Next King Of Rap.”

In the article, Lamar speaks on a variety of topics. One of those discussion points is Drake, a rapper he has been rumored to be feuding with throughout the year.

In the issue, Lamar described his relationship with Drake as “pretty cool” following the release of his verse on Big Sean’s “Control.” Lamar then added: “I mean, I would be okay if we weren’t.”

Following the release of “Control,” Drake spoke about Lamar’s verse in several interviews.

Drake responded to the song in an interview with Billboard.

“I didn’t really have anything to say about it,” Drake said. “It just sounded like an ambitious thought to me. That’s all it was. I know good and well that Kendrick’s not murdering me, at all, in any platform. So when that day presents itself, I guess we can revisit the topic.”

Drake also said that he lost respect for Kendrick Lamar’s sentiments on the verse.

“He didn’t come in there on some wild, ‘I’m in New York, fuck everybody,’” Drake said in September. “I almost wish he had come in there on that shit because I kind of lost a little bit of respect for the sentiment of the verse. If it’s really ‘fuck everybody’ then it needs to be ‘fuck everybody’. It can’t just be halfway.”

Drake also alluded to the verse not being entirely memorable.

“He’s the new guy to love and rightfully so,” Drake said. “He’s super talented…That verse was a moment to talk about. Are you listening to it now, at this point in time? But it was real cool for a couple weeks. But if I ask you, for example, how does that verse start? Mind you, it’ll go on and Complex or Rap Radar will give it ‘Verse of the Millennium’ and all that shit or whatever…I remember somebody asked if Kendrick Lamar is my biggest competition in this generation. I think Kendrick has the utmost potential. I see Kendrick tomorrow, I’ma dap him. I didn’t feel a way about the verse. I get it. I get the moment. And I know that verse had no malice behind it because I saw him five days later at the VMAs and it was all love.”

Following this, Kendrick Lamar was believed to have been dissing Drake during his BET Hip Hop Awards cypher verse.
