Our recent interview with No Plug, the rapper addressed his involvement in the shooting death of Atlanta rapper, Bankroll Fresh, also known as, Trentavious White. The death of 2 Chainz’s affiliate sent a shockwave within the Hip-Hop community and some unanswered questions until No Plug admitted to DJ Vlad that he was the one who shot the rap star. In an interview with 21 Savage, he briefly touched on his “brother” shooting and killing Bankroll; and although he says he didn’t know Bankroll too well, he’s happy that No Plug could vindicate himself by telling his side of the story. He said to Vlad, “I’m glad you gave him the opportunity to explain what happened and get his side of it, so he ain’t out here looking like the bad guy. ‘Cause that ain’t even what shorty on.”
