After Soulja Boy apologized for his role in his ongoing beef with Chris Brown on Wednesday afternoon, we kind of assumed that it meant the beef was over. Or at the very least, that it was going to die down.

Birdman appeared on Travis Scott’s .wav radio show on Beats 1, for a segment that will air Friday afternoon. He said that Lil Wayne’s long-awaited ‘Tha Carter V’ will definitely be out in the world soon, delays and multi-million-dollar lawsuits be damned.

Kim Kardashian and Kanye West shared some candid footage of their family Monday. The footage first popped up on Kim’s official app and website, which appears to be rolling into 2017 with a fresh new design. The behind-the-scenes montage includes appearances from North West, a vomiting Saint West, and a glimpse behind the curtain of last year’s massive The Life of Pablo reveal at Madison Square Garden. Additionally, Kardashian shared the first Instagram post to her account since October.

Forbes has finally shared their annual 30 Under 30 list, the “most definitive gathering of today’s leading young change-makers and innovators in the U.S.” Honoring 600 individuals across 20 categories, including art and style, education, food and drink, and music, it shines a light on young Americans and their “extraordinary achievements.”

Unsurprisingly, Forbes’ music category features some of the most talented artists in the game right now. Included in the publication’s list are rap’s two favorite 19-year-olds, Lil Yachty and Desiigner, both of whom saw tremendous success in 2016 as well as earned Grammy nominations. Alessia Cara (20), Gallant (25), and Bibi Bourelly (22) are also honored on the list having released critically acclaimed projects over the last year. Jeremih, who turns 30 next year, also makes the Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list in time.

Congratulations to all the honorees and take a look the rest of the music category, as well as the entirety of Forbes’ 30 Under 30 list, via their site.

It’s been a bad 2017 for Soulja Boy. And 2017 is only a few days old.

Just a day after he began beefing with Chris Brown, the Chicago rapper went to Instagram to share a live broadcast with his followers. And it didn’t seem to end well for the controversial artist.

During the broadcast, we see Soulja approach an individual yelling, “What’s going on, man? They say Soulja Boy ain’t from the hood,” before putting his arm around the unidentified guy. The man then pushes Soulja away saying, “Get off me, though”; the phone drops, another dude picks the phone up, and then the broadcast ends.

The beef between Chris Brown and Soulja Boy is far from finished. Though Soulja apparently tried to apologize to Brown via text, Breezy has instead responded by challenging Soulja to a celebrity boxing match. Place your bets.

Travis Scott is a perfectionist, especially when it comes to live performances. And if La Flame doesn’t like something, he’s going to let you know about it.

Case in point: This unnamed DJ. Scott was performing at New City Gas Club in Montreal, Canada on New Year’s Eve. In the video below, you can see he was a little irritated at the DJ’s mixing, telling him to cue up his songs when it should be much more fluid. But with such long delays and awkward transitions, Scott wasn’t feeling it anymore.

Around the halfway mark, you can sense Scott’s frustration when the DJ accidently presses the wrong button during “Pick Up the Phone,” triggering loud gunshot noises after his performance. Eventually, he tells the DJ to politely leave the stage. When he does during “Goosebumps,” Scott gets behind the boards and does the mixing himself.

Soulja Boy has had more than his share of beefs lately, getting into fights with Lil Yachty, Rico Recklezz, Quavo, and even Shia LaBeouf. But this time, he claims, trouble has found him.

On Monday night, Soulja tweeted that Chris Brown took offense to Soulja liking an Instagram picture of Brown’s ex-girlfriend Karrueche Tran, and called the Atlanta rapper directly to tell him so.
